Wandering Souls: Backpacking Adventures

Wandering Souls: Backpacking Adventures – I am thrilled to assemble and work with this all-star mentoring team. Each is an expert backpacker and guide – they combine extensive first-hand backcountry experience with a passion for learning, excellent people skills, relationship-able family and work life, engaging story-telling and required medical certifications.

Since the program was founded in 2011, I have led 109 trips and spent 511 days in the field with clients. In the first five years, I guided every single trip (58) and spent 76 days in the field. The program has grown significantly since then, but I guide as often as practically possible while staying married and maintaining overall quality—it’s the most fun and rewarding aspect of my work.

The Solo Traveler’s Guide To Public Transportation

The Solo Traveler’s Guide To Public Transportation – 👉As a solo traveler, I became more sociable and learned that sharing good times with others makes the experience better! This is also a great way to network and learn more about that country or place your new friend(s) are visiting.

1️⃣The language barrier is the main obstacle, I speak Spanish which is a great blessing, but for those of me who don’t speak more than one language, don’t worry! You’ll be surprised to find out how many people besides the tour guide speak English, and many are very helpful and friendly to locals and tourists alike! Try visiting famous restaurants, landmarks, bars, and more. to connect to either!

Hawaiian Food Safari: Island Culinary Adventure

Hawaiian Food Safari: Island Culinary Adventure – I love food tours. So far I have joined a Baja food tour, a Beijing food tour, and a Shanghai food tour. But what will a Hawaii food tour include? Loco moco, lunch plate, pineapple, spam? I found Tasting Kauai on Twitter while researching our last minute trip to Kauai and was intrigued. When I learned that the “Taste of Kilohana” tour included riding the train, touring the Kilohana Farm, snacking on exotic fruit, drinking a Mai Tai, and eating a three-course island lunch, I was sold. I sent Roma to play golf at Kauai Lagoons (he is allergic to pineapple after all) and joined the Tasting Kauai food tour.

Tasting Kauai’s Taste of Kilohana tour began at the Kilohana Plantation train depot. We boarded the train with our guide Kai, the agricultural expert at Kilohana Farm, for an narrated train tour of … Read the rest

Capture Unraveling The Mystery Of Mental Suffering

Capture Unraveling The Mystery Of Mental Suffering – Using in-depth case studies, Can’t Just Stop explores the science behind both mild and extreme compulsive behaviors—“a fascinating read about human behavior and how it can go awry” (The Charlotte Observer).

Whether shopping with military precision or simply hanging up kitchen towels, compulsion is something most of us have witnessed in our daily lives. But compulsions exist on a broad continuum, and at the opposite end of these mild forms are life-altering disorders.

Capture Unraveling The Mystery Of Mental Suffering

Sharon Begley’s meticulously researched book is the first to treat all of these behaviors together—from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) to hoarding, to exercise compulsions, even compulsions to do good. They may look completely different, but all of these behaviors are ways of coping with varying degrees of anxiety. Sharing the personal stories of dozens of interviewees, “Begley combines personal subject matter with … Read the rest
