Riverside Retreat Lodge – We offer accommodation to suit most group needs. Whether you are looking for a cabin, bunkhouse, tented area or private cabin, we can provide you with a space to enjoy our beautiful grounds.
Our two cabins can accommodate up to 48 people in each building. Partitions between each unit allow guests to close off certain leadership spaces, family groups or specific activity areas. Each building features a large central meeting space and fully equipped kitchen for catering and group events. Each cabin has two accessible bathrooms.
Riverside Retreat Lodge
The dormitory is one of the oldest buildings in our camp. The Willis residence hall seats 28 and offers beautiful views of the Caloosahatchee River. The building is air-conditioned and has 3 meeting spaces.
Historic River Retreat Lodge
The Peace House is a private cabin located within our hotel. This cabin is perfect for an individual or couple’s getaway. The Peace House sleeps 2-5 people and features a full-size refrigerator, private shower, kitchenette and dining area. The cabin was separate from our main residence and provided the privacy needed to get away from the hustle and bustle.
We have 5 dormitories to choose from. Each cabin has air conditioning, heating and bunk beds. All cabins are within walking distance of the toilet/shower room and small gazebo. These structures are ideal for those who want to enjoy the rustic experience of tent camping without the hassle of setting up accommodation.

The moment you step out of your car you can hear the sound of the river rushing in your backyard. Make s’mores by the fire pit, fish on the back deck, play in the water, float down the river, play arcade games in the rec room or lounge in the 7-person hot tub overlooking the river. After a day of fun, grill some burgers on the grill and dine at the outdoor table while taking in the amazing river views from the back porch, overlooking the river and the 2,000-acre wildlife management area across the river – except Nature has nothing!

Rock River Retreat
– 1 house-trained pet (under 45 lbs.) is allowed in our cabins ($150 non-refundable pet fee per stay)
– Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Do not allow pets on furniture or in hot tubs. Guest agrees to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $250.00 if housekeeping is delayed due to pet hair on furniture. There will be a minimum $100 fee for any pet hair found in the hot tub or filter. This fee is non-refundable.

Our historic resort lodge is nestled among towering pine and oak trees overlooking the upper Meramec River. Rustic moss-covered stairs lead down the hillside to lush fields that lead to the river. This cozy inn is perfect for vacations, groups or wedding parties. The retreat hotel has three wings namely the central wing, the north wing and the south wing. The lodge has six bedrooms and can accommodate 14 to 15 people, including a sofa bed in the party/meeting space. Each bedroom at the Retreat Lodge features an electric fireplace, ceiling fans and optional linen service. The floor plan below shows the layout of the cottage.
Beaver River Retreat B&b
The south wing of the vacation cabin is ADA compliant and is separated from the rest of the cabin. There are two bedrooms, sleeping up to five people. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, electric fireplace and ceiling fan. There is a sunroom and ADA compliant full bathroom between the two rooms. The second room has 3 single beds and a half bath.
The center wing of the lodge is a cozy gathering space with a wood burning fireplace and a small TV with a DVD/VHS player. The gathering space connects to the conference area, which also includes a sofa bed with river views. To the left is the kitchenette with a microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, and sink. A set of steps to the right leads to bedroom C1 which sleeps 1-2 people and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a full bed, an electric fireplace, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom is right next to the original marble tile bathroom!
The north wing is located next to the kitchenette and opens to a bright corridor lined with windows. Three of the bedrooms have doors facing windows, allowing you to enjoy views over the fields and river. Bedrooms N1 and N2 feature 2 single beds, electric fireplace, ceiling fans, and half bath.
